Matrix shows all projects for each resource

It is strange that it's the same for everyone. Do your values and rows come from different tables? Now it seems more like a relationship issue.
well, since CAP resembles the Capacity for a Resource per day, no it is not unusual to be the same for every resource. But certainly there are differences. E.g. on weekends the capacity is 0. and for people who do not work fulltime, the capacity may also be reduced (or higher in other cases).
Is it possible for you to share your .pbix file or a sample of your data?
