Matrix row total incorrect

Hi Folks,

I am facing some strange issue, i created two measure which filters for Inactive and Active status. Pass status we need for 13 periods, fail status we need it for one period. I was able to achieve this but when I try to do a division on these two measure I am getting some strange row total count.

Active:Calc_Active_Count =

CALCULATE(

    COUNTA('Query1'[EID]),

    FILTER(Query1,Query1[tus]="Pass")

)

Inactive: 

Calc_InActive_Count =

CALCULATE(

    COUNTA('Query1'[EID]),

    FILTER(Query1,Query1[tus]="Fail")

)

Total : = (Fail/Pass)*100

Total should be : 21.74+8.05=29.79 instead it is showing 11.28

Please suggest.

Would you please show us sample pbix by onedrive for business if possible. Lack of detailed information, we can't figure it out.

IN the matrix what are the dimensions that you have in the table?

The ones on the far left.
