Matrix row background colour dependant on hierarchy

Hope you can help
In one of Amanda Cofsky's update videos https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-november-2018-feature-summary/ she shows this format for a matrix. Please could someone tell me how she did this. The bit I'm interested in is how she has been able to change the colour formatting of the rows dependent on the hierarchy.

ChrisWGB , Most of the steps are given there. Data Bars has been used with Gray color.
