Matrix ordering by specific column

I am struggling with some features in the matrix visual and i would like to know if there is any solution to my issues.

Context - I have a matrix structured as follows:

rows: customer and product description

Columns: years selected with a slicer

Values: a series of measures calculated to display sales in the selected years, in the previous year, and the difference between the selected year and the previous one. This means that, for example, if i select years 2024 and 2023 from the slicer, the 3 measures will be calculated for both years. Moreover I am interested in seeing these values both in terms of quantity and currency €. Therefore the measures are embedded with a parameter "Value/Quantity" that i can switch.

The matrix will look with the years as columns and underneath each year I will have the values "current year", "previous year", and "delta".

Now, the main issue is that i would like to order the values respect to one of the measures I am using as values. For instance i would like to order from the largest to the smallest difference between the selected year and the previous year. The problem is that Power BI will order the data according to the Totals column. This means that it will calculate a total delta column and it will order the data according to that. This is not what I want. I would like to be able to order the data based on the delta column under year 2024 for instance.

Is there any solution to that problem? I was thinking that maybe there is a way to dynamically change the name of the values adding the indication of the selected year so that when i try to order they appear with a different name in the case they refer to year 2024 or 2023. I would like basically to work it as a Pivot table in excel.
