Hi there. Hopefully a quick question. I made 2 almost identical matrices. Each has 3 rows, with the first row different across matrices - let's say the first matrix has rows A, B, C, and the second matrix on a different page has D, B, C. When published to the workspace, matrix 1 displays all rows in tiers, A > B > C. However, matrix 2 seems only to display 2 rows, D > B. I've expanded down with the dual arrow button, but it seems like it's publishing as if C isn't there. I've taken C off in Desktop, re-added and r-re-published, but again it's not there. Bit confused since the first matrix is exactly the same build and works fine. Anyone know what's going on?
I wonder if it's a bug. I've just copied the matrix onto a new page and re-published, and it works perfectly on that new page. Exact same filters, nothing added, nothing removed.
@AC23VM That's strange, but good to know that it's working for you after creating a new page.

I don't think there are any filters on. It displays fine in Desktop, but disappears when published, no more filters are being added.
@AC23VM Can you check if the C category has any data available under the D and B hierarchy?
Also, try enabling show items with no data from the visualisation pane for the row C:

Yes, it has data available. As I say, it's displaying perfectly in the Desktop. It's like that row disappears when published. There are 4 visuals on the page - the other 3 remain identical between Desktop and Workspace. It's just that matrix that changes. And again, there's an almost exact copy on another page which isn't changing when published.
