Matrix not expanding down all levels / missing row?
Check Data Availability for Row C
- Verify whether C has data for the filters applied to the second matrix.
- If C has no data for the current filter context (e.g., page filters, report-level filters, slicers, etc.), Power BI will not display that row.

I don't think there are any filters on. It displays fine in Desktop, but disappears when published, no more filters are being added.
AC23VM Can you check if the C category has any data available under the D and B hierarchy?

It's like that row disappears when published. There are 4 visuals on the page - the other 3 remain identical between Desktop and Workspace. It's just that matrix that changes. And again, there's an almost exact copy on another page which isn't changing when published.
