Matrix in PowerBI in the same way Tableau does it

Hi there

In Tableau I can create a matrix in a view by using the measure names and measure values pills to bring out multiple different measures in one matrix. I can also specify different formats for the different measures and display them in that way. How can i achieve the same in PowerBI, I do not see a way to do this unless I manipulate the datasource which I cannot do on a published data set?

Yes you can create seperate measures with differnet format.
you can change format type from measure tools present in data view.

and then place all your measures in matrix.

more accurately you want date on columns like this

I hope i have answered your question correctly!

You can use ISINSCOPE dax function to do calculations on heirarchy level and also format their display values.

you can refer following videos:

So this is not exactly what I meant, I have placed an example of what i mean below,

Tableau allows you to place multiple different measures in one visual, I can have my date series go across my X axis and then the different measures on my Y axis

This way i can achieve a simple table to display for a quick view of figures for stake holders
