Matrix heading formatting - Merge

Unfortunately, Power BI does not natively support multi-level or grouped headers directly in matrix tables. However, you can simulate the desired result by following steps below:
1.Create a Calculation Group using Tabular Editor with a calculation item named System Issue.
2.Add the Calculation Group as a column in the matrix table to act as the group header.
3.Adjust the formatting to align the header height with the other columns.

Anonymous did you mean to create Step 1 to create calculation group with Issue Category instead of System Issue?

To clarify, in Step 1, you should create the Calculation Group with a calculation item named Issue Category, not System Issue. This will serve as the custom header in your Matrix table.
Please follow below steps to verify,
1.Create a Calculation Group using Tabular Editor with a calculation item named Issue Category (this will act as the group header).
2.Add the Calculation Group as a column in the matrix table to simulate the desired group header.
3.Adjust the formatting to align the header height with the other columns.
