Matrix font in bold

Hello everyone,

I have given a matrix.

As soon as I open it, the headings appear in bold. How can I set this matrix so that the headings are always in bold?

But when I click on the + and opens the matrix the font of the rows should'nt be in bold. 

Can someone help me?
