Matrix drill/expand options disappear when published

I have a report that requires functionality to drill both on columns and rows. 
This option exists in the desktop version as shown below:

Once this report is published to a workspace that feature diaspear along with a few other options:

We have several reports with similar functionality, but this is the only matrix where this issue occurs.

Any ideas on how I can get this functionality to our production version?

Coming back to this post with more knowledge about Power BI:

The root cause of the issue was actually the header icons under the vizualizations tab were turned off:

Try to delete matrix and do it again
