Matrix does not list the measures by row

Hello community!

I created some measures in Power BI Desktop to get data by combining the status (rows) and stages (columns) fields which works well when I use them in a table. But I want to create a matrix and don't know why the matrix does not list each value per row. This is what I get"

And this is what I'm expecting:

am I missing something in the matrix configuration?
