Matrix add extra measure at end

I wanted to add Target Total at the end of Total. When I am doing in Matrix it is against all o

It is Target total per sales person. I have month column per net sales value. I will drag Name of Sales person and Month and Sales value. But I want to add one more column at the end. Right now if I will drag Target Column then it is divided against all sales person.
