Matrix Visualization - Suppress Zero and Missing Rows

Can you please provide more info with screenshots, input and required output in table format for the community so that you ask can be better understood and resolved quickly.

from what I understand, I would use

Visual Control = 
var _result = 
CALCULATE(
    SUM('Table'[Value]),
    ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[Category])
)
return
IF(
    _result>0,
    1,0
)

Then,

AvPowerBI , not very clear. Try measure like

if([measure] =0 , blank(), [measure])

if(calculate([measure]) ,allexcept(Table,Table[row])) =0, blank(), [measure]) // row is column on row.

AvPowerBI - Perhaps something like:

Measure =
  VAR __Calc = <some calculation>
RETURN
  IF(__Calc = 0,BLANK(),__Calc)

Make sure that "Show items with no data" is not turned on anywhere.

1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
