Matrix Visualization Row subtotals

I am currently using a matrix visual and have turned on both column subtotals and row subtotals. However it seems that only column subtotals are showing. I'm looking for a total to show up for each year.

    Hi dochtang ,

    In your matrix, does it has value in the Rows field?

    If so, what's the relationship between the Rows, Columns and Values, are they all columns from the same table?

    Hi,

     

    Yes that is how my matrix visualization is set up. I have my columns as the value. All the columns do come from the same table.

      Hi dochtang 

      Could you please send a picture of your visualisations pane showing the rows, columns and values.

      If possible it would also help if you could send over the PBIX file without any sensitive data and irrelevant data.
