Hi Vishruti ,

 

When you have values on rows or columns that don't have data but you want to display them as well you need to right click that specific column and select the option show items with no data:

    Do you only have a table on your model?

     

    Create a dimension table with all the quarters and related it with your fact table then use the quarters from the dimension on your visual should give rxpected result
