Matrix Visual showing 0 or obviously wrong row subtotals

It seems after upgrading to the current latest version 2.115.663.0 64-bit (March 2023), the row subtotals in the matrix are showing either zero or an obviously very wrong total. I tried to create a blank page with a new blank matrix visual but the same problem happens.

I'm very sure nothing is wrong with my DAX because when I upload the same Power BI to service, the same said visual mentioned shows the correct subtotal and everything else also fine. 

Anyone else also face the same problem?
