Matrix Visual, 'Show value as' missing with On-object interaction

Prior to on-object interaction, we were able to perfrom on the fly calculations in the Matrix visual. Like showing as percentage of row or column total:

However, when the preview on-object interaction is enabled, this appears to have dissappeared and I cannot locate it in the format pane. 

Has this funtionality fallen away, or is it still accessible somehow?

Yes; from what I can tell still not an option.
