Matrix Visual Not Filtering at the Column

Okay so the Matrix need a little help from HASONEVALUE.
I think I got this now.
One suspect is the FORMAT command on one of the values.
Say I have in the column Date
Some category on the Rows
and values in the Values section
if I issue a FORMAT command, and if I have a MONTH filter it does not filter on the dates - it shows all the days I have in that table.
Okay so the Matrix need a little help from HASONEVALUE.
I think I got this now.
Please ovetteabejuela, could you share the complete solution???? I've found the same issue and I do not unserstand the tip you gave.
