Matrix Totals coming wrong while exporting to csv

Hi ,

 

I am facing this issue from a long time.

1. I have a matrix table in which I have put a visual level filter. In Matrix I am looking a particular KPI (open orders)across dimenion(plan account & Brand) , The same KPI , when I am looking at in Card visual (using any particular dimenison as visual level filter eg New Business in this case ) is coming wrong.
2.Also when I am exporting the matrix to csv it is showing wrong totals in csv. 

Not sure what to do.

iths the same data in csv , kpi card & matrix. All are showing different totals.

    shalujoshi4 , In power bi Grand total is recalculated so for Distinctcount and measure where you use row context, Grand total might not match with the simple sum in excel/csv, externally added
