Matrix Table showing Month/Year after today....

Hi Everyone

I wonder if you can help me.  I am working on displaying attriton data and for some reason when putting this into the Matrix visual it is showing me the results for the entire year rather than stopping where we are now i.e. June 2023.  

I am using a tables table to show the month/year and the very strange thing is that when putting this into a line graph it does stop at the correct month/year.  I have tried all kinds of filters etc but nothing seems to be working.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Hi @Neil_Cooper 
Try to add to your date table flag column
Is_before_taday = if (dim_date[date] <=today(),1,0)
And then put it on page/visual filters by 1.

Thank you so much for the reply but sadly this didnt work.  I tried to use this as a filter but it only had the selection of "1" and nothing else to filter out
