Matrix - Month up to the date selected in the slicer

Hi,

I have a slicer with a date and a matrix. I would like that when a date is selected in the slicer, the matrix shows the months up to that date. For example, if the 9th of March is selected in the slicer sales should show from the 1st January till the 9th of March by month. How can I achieved this? Thanks!

Here some steps that I want to share, you can check them if they suitable for your requirement.
Here is my test data:

Create a Date table that values Table[Date]

Date = VALUES('Table'[Date])

Create a meaure

Measure = 
IF(
    SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Date]) <= SELECTEDVALUE('Date'[Date]),
    1,
    0
)

Apply the meaure to the filter of the matrix and set it as "is 1"

Use the Date[Date] as the slicer
