Matrix: Missing Values

I am having an issue with the Matrix visual where the sub-total shows an amount but when you drill down, there are no values showing.

Any help is appreciated, thank you very much.

Maybe with the Lunch Category you have another subcategory not showed in matrix.

Unfortunately, there are no filters in the visual.  This is driving me nuts and I just know that the solution is going to be the simplest thing.

Create a simple table with tree columns Mealtime, ProfitCenter and Sales and show us

I really can't see what is causing this problem.

Sales is a measure or a columns? if a column try change it for a measure like sum(sales)

Sales is a column.  I tried it as a measure but it is still blank.

What is weird is when I uncheck "Show items with no data", they show up just fine.

I really don't want to go that route, but it looks like it is the only solution for now.
