Matrix Heat
Anonymous As I tested, we can only put single measure in Table Heatmap. It seems to be a limitation. And it’s not supported to convert its table into matrix. I suggest you contact the author: [email protected]

but i am able to put more than one measure in table heat map, only limitation is i am unable to use it as matrix (tow dimension one as rows and another one as column and a single measure as intersection values).

I am very sorry for delay response. Measures can't be used row or column, it can only be values section. Because measures are used in some of the most common data analysis; for example, sums, averages, minimum or maximum values, counts, or more advanced calculations you create yourself using a DAX formula.
For TableHeatMap, it is a third custom visualization, please contract the developer by [email protected].
Thank you very much.

Anonymous,
You can likely do it with an R visual using only a few lines of code, noting the Known Limitations. I created a sample PBIX, attached as a reply to a very similar sample by fathomson at http://community.powerbi.com/t5/R-Script-Showcase/Heatmaps/m-p/68573 My version uses columns directly from the PBI tables (rather than massage the data with dplyr in R), displays the values for each cell, and has some sample formatting tweaks as well.
