Matrix Grand Total Incorrect - much larger

I would really appreciate some help with my matrix grand totals. As you can see these are wrong:   Product ID 6904 we sell in singles (ID 11977) and cases of 24 (ID 22656) The total units so...

    Based on the measure you already have, try:

    Totals = SUMX(ProductId Table, [Total Qty])
