Hi Benedikt_Sch ,
Based on my research, currently there is no suitable setting in the Format pane or other way to achieve your needs. You can raise a new idea and add your comments there to make this feature coming soon. And the following one is one similar idea shared on Power BI Ideas, you can vote it up and add your comments there to improve Power BI on this feature.
Drill-down/Drill-up to specific level in the hierarchy

Hi Benedikt_Sch ,
You can create a matrix visual and put these fields with red square onto Rows option.
Then navigate to Format pane, toggle the option Stepped out off under Row headers tab just as below screenshot.
Toggle off the option "Stepped out"
Drill into lowest level

Hello,
thank you for your answer. I already did these steps. The result is showed in the first picture. Can I group the levels as row groups like in the second picture? If you have multiple rows i dont want the user to drill down all levels. there are some data that should drill thogether by one click.
Best regards
