Advocate IMatrix Configuration - add a goal measure column

Due to its design, there is no way for PBI Desktop to directly display such a matrix. But you can take the following alternative.
1. First you need to create two measures [Total] and [Goal] and then you need to place them in the Value field of the matrix.2. Then manually adjust the column widths to hide the Total and Goal values under the month and keep only the data you want to show.
3. Finally search for "text wrap" under the [Format your visual] pane and close it.
4.Then the result is as follows.
