Matching Records

Question

Hi Community people,&nbsp;i'm trying to merge 2 datasets with a common field created on purpose: these 2 datasets have the same information but classified differently, hence I created this common field then made into&nbsp; a query to rematch the 2 datasets.&nbsp;&nbsp;While it perfectly matches the query where this column derives, it completely miss the other one:&nbsp;&nbsp;Do you have any idea why?

In your scenario, you should switch the Join kind to Right join as the picture below.
