Match an incoming telephone number against 1 of 3 numbers in customer table

I have a list of incoming telephone calls, as well as a list of existing customers, each with telephone number fields (home, work and mobile). I wish to match the incoming number against any of the 3 customer numbers, per customer. If there is a match I'd like the Customer name returned, otherwise blank.

I could possibly achieve this by restructuring the customer file to Customer Name  -  Work number, Customer Name - Home number, Customer name - Mobile number as 3 rows, rather than Customer name - home number- work number- mobile number, as currently.

Are there any other possible solutions?

@Walt1010 Probably best if you unpivoted those 3 columns. Otherwise, you need MC Aggregations: Multi-Column Aggregations (MC Aggregations) - Microsoft Fabric Community
