Marking data elements as worked/actioned
Is there a way to mark a data element in a filtered dashboard as worked or actioned if I have multiple people working in a dashboard in an effort to eliminate duplicate work?

Power BI has no data write-back capability. You need to use other tools like the PowerApps visual and flows to implement the management of user feedback.
