    Hi, andyspa 

     

    You may try the following measure to see if it helps. 

    Measure = 
DIVIDE(
    SUM('Table'[Market Share]),
    CALCULATE(
        SUM('Table'[Market Share]),
        ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[Country])
    )
)

     

    Result:
