March 2020 causes - helper query - transform sample file - to fail with Unexpected error: Evaluation

Pre update using: December 2019 - 2.76.xxxxxx

Updated to March 2020.

All of my SharePoint/Folder queries are now failing.

  They fail on the - Transform Sample File with "Unexpected error: Evaluation was canceled." for the "Promoted Headers" function.

       = Table.PromoteHeaders(Source, [PromoteAllScalars=true])

I have simply opened the files and selected REFRESH, no other changes have been made.

Is this known issues and is there a soltuion.
