Maps with cap

Hi community

 

I want to create a map with cap as you can see at the following picture:

My enterprise have a licenses pro for power bi but they want buy another software licences because power bi not offer maps with option for many caps.

 

Is there a similar map with this functionability in power bi?

Can you elaborate on this feature, This means what is shown in the text box, how it impacts the map. OR point to someplace where there is a demo.
