Maps not working

Hello everyone

 

I am facing this issue on the desktop version Map is blank. All settings checked, updated to the latest version, cache cleared, but no luck.

and I found some solutions to go to the admin portal on the service, but the admin portal also gives me nothing like the image.

, None of the map visuals are working. Can anyone tell me how to get this working?

    Hi AhmedGalal98 

    Make sure You have Power BI Admin portal access
    If you have, please find the navigation or ask your IT team to enable it
