Maps and All Country

Hello all,

 

I need your helps to resolve an issue in my Power BI report. I want to present Language by Country but I have word "ALL" and I have many country by Language as show below :

 

 

How can I manage this in Power BI Maps?? How can I manage ALL value? and do I need to explod lines to have one line by country and language?

 

Any help wil be appreciated

      I want a map visual with all language in each country and to manage the ALL : English will be in all countries
