Mapping Locations by State
Hey everyone! I am looking to make maps by states that shows locations, like this, however, I am having trouble doing so. Any advice is much appreciated!

Thanks for your reply! In detail, I don't know how to do it. I've tried with the map, filled map, & shape map, but am unable to create the type of map I linked to in my original post.
