Mapping DMA in Esri maps

Are you able to map DMA (Designated Market Area) in ArcGIS maps? I know there is a layer but we would like to actually map the DMA location and provide KPI's based on that DMA. Below is the answer I got back from Esri; however, it looks like they will map as long as the name is the same as the reference layer.  Has anyone tried to map DMA in Power BI and was successful?

Esri: DMA is not a standard aggregation in Power BI, as confirmed by that core team.  You can use DMA as a reference layer.
