Map zoom level

Dear community

As the picture shown, I can zoom in the map but can not zoom out any more to see the whole picture

any advice ?

    Hi woshua5550 ,

    I have tested the scenario in my environment but it seems normal. May be it is a temporary phenomenon and you can try the following ways to solve:

    1. Try to adjust the visual’s width and height, then zoom out to show the entire map
    2. Try to drag with mouse to see the whole map
    3. If both of above ways are not accessible, you can try to restart the power bi desktop or download the latest version(https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=58494) to try again
    4. Finally, you can submit the issue to https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues if it is always wrong.

      Hello everyone, I'm new to the group! The query I have is if there is any way to make when you open a map with multiple points, it appears centered on a particular one and with a specific zoom level! It is pundo can vary and therefore can not pre-fix it from the design, but will depend on the data of the moment you open the map! I appreciate what you can contribute
