Map with dynamic overlay

Good day to all,

I am wondering if there is a way to create dynamic overlays generated from EOSDIS, AQUA/MODIS (https://earthdata.nasa.gov/) or any other source that you may know of for the following:

Chlorophyll concentration

SST

Ocean circulation
Ocean waves

Salinity, density

Not with standard map visuals, maybe ArcGIS?
