Map visual showing different output in Service

I am working on some Canadian provinces (British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, etc.) and they are showing up properly in Desktop.

However, once I Publish to the service, everything is incorrect.

My 'Province' column is formatted as follows on the Modeling tab:
Data Type: Text

Format: Text

Data Category: State or Province

Default Summarization: Don't summarize

Map Visualization: Default 'Bing' Map (beside Treemap)

PowerBI Desktop Version: October 2018

This is what I see in Desktop version, everything is correct.Once uploaded, they all stack towards Western Canada?

Any ideas?

Evening Edit:
Desktop, Firefox, Edge (yes, I even tried Edge!) and iPhone app shows the correct image (1st image above).

Chrome and only Chrome shows the incorrect image (2nd image above).
Unfortunately, most employees in our company have Chrome as their default browser.

    Hi George,

Can you share some data, please? It's good in my test. I would suggest you try these attempts below.

    1. Upgrade the Desktop to the latest version which is released several days ago.

    2. Clear the cache of Chrome.

    3. Use the latitude and longitude instead.

    Best Regards,
    Dale

      Good morning Dale,

      0.

      Province     Gross Revenue     Category

      Ontario       $100                    Enhancers

      Ontario       $100                    Hot Beverages
      British Columbia          $75     Enhancers

      British Columbia           $50    Hot Beverages

Province column has a data category of: State or Province

      1. Was already at the latest version: 2.63.3272.402664-bit (October 2018). Even when I go to Microsoft store, it doesn't prompt me to update.

      2. Cleared everything from Chrome. Closed Chrome. Restarted PC.

3a.  Checked Desktop, iPhone, Firefox, Edge and they all still show up correctly.

3b.  Haven't gotten around to latitude and longitude yet, since 3a still seems to be working fine on every other browser.

        Hi Anonymous,

I would suggest you upgrade the Chrome. I added more data. It worked great in my test. Please refer to the snapshot below.
