Map visual not showing correct regions

Hi i a m able to get the exact city locations for those azure data centers. now I can show the exact geographical place in the map but I like to display the name of the azure region instead of the city in the category name. my table is like this 

Col1     Region                       Place

1           East US                      Virginia

2           East US2                    Virginia

3           Southeast Asia          Singapore

4           Central US                 Iowa

5           South Central US      Texas

6           West US2                  Washington

My map looks like this now

I like to name the exact locations by the azure regions..something like Iowa into Central US using the above table.

Any help? thanks
