Map visual is not visible for one user

Dear All,

 

I have published a report with RLS and some of the users are able to see data and map visual from dynamic365 and few users able to see the data but not the map, and it is coming as a blank only as below.

 

Please suggest where should i check on configurations? is there any formats or RLS issue?

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Please Ensure users have support for accessing the map visual in Power BI Deskotp.

     

    Select File -> Options and settings and then select Options -> Security.

     

    When disabled, Map does not load by default.

     

    Please confirm that your tenant administrator has enabled the Map function:

     

    Admin portal -> Tenant Settings -> Integration settings

     

    Since you mentioned using Row Level Security (RLS), please make sure that in the RLS configuration the role this user belongs to has permissions to access the data required for the map visual to display correctly.
