Map remains blank
Hi, I am having a problem with Map. When I created the Map last week, all points were displayed and I established the Legend and the Tooltips. Today when I opened the visual and refreshed the data, the Map remains blank. All other visuals are showing with refreshed data. The Lat/Long data is in Number with Decimal form. I can see the data in Query columns for the related table. When I take one set of Lat/Long and plot on Bing maps on the internet, the location shows on the map. I am using the May 2020 version. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
Hi ... thanks for all the replies.
I closed the visual and when I opened next day the map was showing. Somehow the problem disappeared on its own.

I have not changed the data... the data source is an Access database.. only refreshed the data as I entered a couple of records.
But I see the Lat/Long data in the table and the checked the Data Type as Number with decimals.

I don't think it is caused by the decimal data type. Can you install a new version of Desktop? If yes, you could download from this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=58494 to try again.
The same thing happens to me, from one day to the next the map looks white, I have not been able to fix it .....
