Map overlay for same coordinates but different sizes

Good day.

Simple data as below.

Each city has both Buy and Sell role. I want to display them in the same map.

(I want to have an overlay style, i.e. 2 individual bubbles for each city, like what it does on the ArcGIS Map - is it possible to do it on Map?)

When putting them on Map, with a Slicer I can choose either.

But when select both, Map gives a pie chart style but I want 2 bubbles overlaid.
