Map labels and other tools

Hi everyone, 

I am trying to create a map on Power BI and it's very basic (which you will find below in grey and orange), I need to add labels and some text to enhance it (like the maps in the other two pictures). 

Can you please help in this?

1. How to add taxt as labels, with the regions, and the number of countries shaded within that region, like in the first map. 

2. How to create the key, the same shape andway it is shown below in the picture? 

3. How to add the pins on the relevant country?

I'd appreciate if you explain step by step how to do it/ or provide the relevant resources to read myself. Thanks a lot!!
