Map in Power BI Desktop and Service are Blank

Hello All,

Im running into an issue where the Map visual is blank in Power BI.

Desktop map was working perfectly fine this morning and week. I published to my workspace and the map visual did not appear in Power BI service.

I cleared that cache, what was reccomended in another forum, and now it doesn't appear in Desktop either now.

Both service and desktop have blank map visuals.

Im not sure if this is related but when I go to Bing Maps, I only have a still image of a map and it has no functionality.

Is there any way to fix this?

Hi @matdelo ,

First, please make sure if the map visual made some changes recently. Have you ever publish the report to Service before? If yes, does the map visual can display normally or not? In order to make troubleshooting and give you a suitable solution, could you please provide more details on the map visual?

1. Which type of map visual you are using?

2. How did you set the map visual(applied fields etc.)?
