Map graph with data labels

Hello

I have a data like:

Country; Detail1; Detail2; Amount1

Italy; SomeText1; SomeText2; 10,000

How can I put that information on a map so that a text box appears for each country (with a line connecting it to the country) and displays the Detail information in bullet points and the Amount information perhaps in a bar or something?
