Map frustration, what am I doing wrong

Ive been having some issues with maps for events that we sponsor.  In one certain iteration, an event in Bethlehem PA continues to show up in Isreal\Palestein on the map.  I even added the state to the mix to help isolate it out, and yet... see below.  What am I doing wrong here, as I am new to Power BI so kid gloves please!  I figure if I can fix that i'll also fix Puerto Rico at some point too

    Hi JediMole

May I ask if your problem has been solved? If it has been resolved, please consider accepting helpful reply as a solution.
Allow me to add something that may be helpful:

In Power BI Desktop, you can ensure fields are correctly geo-coded by setting the Data Category on the data fields. In Data view, select the desired column. From the ribbon, select the Column tools tab and then set the Data Category to Statepower-bi-map-tips-and-tricks
