Map from Dominican Republic

Currently working a proyect with Power BI in Dominican Republic.

Within the data I have the counties and sectors within the DR, but given that some names coincide with counties in other countries; The map takes the counties from another county. 

How should I customize and/or group the data so that only the desires counties and sectors from DR are taken into account; Exclude all other countries.

Plus, recomendations on which map visual opcion to use. I am really interested in developing as much data as posible through locations and mapping.
