Map cannot zoom out to show whole world map

Hi there, 

Just wanted to ask if there is a way to make the map zoom out to show the whole world map.

I've read this thread but no help - in the attached file in that post, the map is able to be zoom out to whole world map, but in my real data, still not.

Here is the screen capture in Focus Mode:

Here is the table and data

Table 1: Distinct Name, 3-digit and 2-digit Country (Region) Code.

Table 2: Data with column Country (Region) Code

1:* relationship between the 2 columns of 2 tables.

Create Map visual:

Then the problem comes: in small visual, it can only be zoomed out until the level as above shows; in Focus Mode, the map is larger, can be zoomed out more as the 1st screen capture shows.

Is there a way to resolve this please?
