Map Visual is not enabled in BI Workspace

Hi All, 

 

I am having difficulty getting my map visual to show up in my workspace. It shows up in my desktop but, once published I received an error. I also, cleared the cache in the desktop since I was experiencing the same issue intially when I was working within my desktop but was able to fix that error. Any help is appreciated.

    Hi Sherri7241 ,

    I create a report with Map visual, it works well in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

    Please try to upgrade or uninstall and install Power BI Desktop, then try it.
